The tech told me to go to a provider here in my city and try switching to a new SIM card. I called AT&T support and even when I called the voice breaking as happening to the tech so he reported it as a ticket and shortly after I received a second phone call. During this breaks I always check my signal and I get full bars. There was a recurring issue from the start where when I call somebody/somebody calls me, my voice would break out or sometimes it'll go dead silent on their end.
